Increase collaboration with Desktop Notes
Have you ever wished you could easily annotate charts and reports so that you could more clearly communicate the story behind the data with your colleagues and customers? That's the purpose of Desktop Notes.
Desktop Notes uses a wiki-like tool so you can create a knowledge-sharing community. With Desktop Notes you can document what you've done to address a specific problem, or attach a management summary outlining the reasons why a chart looks the way it does. And best of all, other users can add their comments so you can collaborate on getting to the underlying issues.

In this example, a team used Desktop Notes to record assignments from a team meeting. Desktop notes could also be used to record anecdotal comments about process changes, or improvement actions on a week-to-week basis.
