Improve control and visibility of charts

GainSeeker Version 7.7 implements a number of user requests that improve the readability and usability of various charts in the system. For example, the new release optimizes the amount of space used by the chart window for graphics and minimizes the space used for labels and values. Other changes include reporting Target X and Target R on control charts, giving users full control of the size of graphics generated for web presentations (jpg files for HTML pages).

On the Defect Management side, the system now reports the Number Good, and allows users to show Pareto Charts with placeholders for defect reasons where there are no defects for a given retrieval.
