OEE KPI Dashboard

 

GainSeeker Suite now has enhanced support for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The new version establishes a standardized, baseline OEE deployment that creates and links Standards and production lines (resources) for capturing Uptime/Downtime, Quality, and Efficiency. It also provides standardized Dashboards (both KPI dashboards and an HTML dashboard) to monitor OEE data on flat panel displays or on manager’s desktops.

The new OEE functionality includes standardized Data Entry templates for entering OEE data. These data entry templates are built to support keyboard data collection, but come with placeholders for implementing data collection from PLCs or other factory equipment to make it easy to set up automated data collection.
