Template Training
Course Aim
Template Training is designed to help template designers get in shape! In this hands-on course, you will spend 2 days training with a senior Hertzler Technician. Our trainer will provide a combination of fast-paced instructions along with hands-on exercises to teach template writers the fundamentals needed to meet the goals of their business unit. Participants are also encouraged to submit a proposal for a project they wish to work on during the training and coaching sessions. Course includes lab sessions to reinforce the lecture and allow participants to work on their own projects and receive personal assistance from our developers.
After two days of standardized classroom training, each participant will schedule four individual remote coaching sessions of two hours each. These coaching sessions can be used to assist your efforts to build your own reports that are based on your own data.
Target Audience
The target audience for this course is anyone responsible for designing and building of GainSeeker data acquisition programs.
Prerequisites
This course is paced to accommodate people with experience in the following areas:
- Introduction to GainSeeker® Suite training course
- An understanding of relational database concepts and SQL language
- Programming experience

File Import Wizard and Creating Standards on the fly

Hands-on labs include:
- Design of data collection applications
- Connecting to data sources
- Performing database operations and manipulating datasets
- Collecting data from other hardware devices
