Why you may need one of these files

You will need one of these files if you have more than 26 user configurations for GainSeeker^® SPC or Defect Management. This can happen, for example, if you set up different file paths for each line in your factory, and have set up each line in a user configuration in my System Administration module.

What these files do for you

These files expand the user configuration database to 50, 75 or 100 users. This files apply to QA/S GainSeeker 7 Suite.

How to download these files

Select the maximum number of user configurations you need. There is a small speed penalty as you increase the number of user configurations. Click below on the number of user configurations you need.

After downloading the file, copy the file into the folder where your GainSeeker program files are located. With the password you have received from our Customer Service Department, expand the downloaded file by running it. You will be prompted for a destination folder and password. (please note: the password is case sensitive and must be typed in lowercase characters). Follow the directions on the screen. If prompted to overwrite existing files, answer `yes`. When this is complete, run Setup.exe from the destination folder and follow the directions on the screen.

Important notice

A password is required to uncompress files after downloading. Please call us so we can ensure your current system is compatible with the upgrade and provide you with the password.
