Based on how you set up your system, the program can check data as it is entered for reasonable limit, specification limit and gate limit violations and for out-of-control conditions.
The program can perform two kinds of data checks:
As you enter a single measurement, the program can check the value against reasonable limits, specification limits, and gate limits.
When you complete a data subgroup, the program can also check the subgroup against subgroup gates, range gates, and control limits, and against non-random patterns such as runs, trends, and zones.
