As your list of standards or part numbers grows, it can become time-consuming to find a specific standard for which to enter data or generate reports. There are options you can employ to help with this.
If you and other users each have a “short list” of standards that you use frequently, you can set GainSeeker so that is only displays your short list of standards in a priority list. For information on setting up priority lists for standards, see Priority Lists.
You can choose whether GainSeeker first displays all of your standards or just the priority list of standards by default. For more information, see General Settings.
You can also set GainSeeker to display only standards for which you must first perform a search instead of automatically displaying the list with every standard in your database. For more information, see General Settings.
