Hertzler Systems Inc., a leading provider of statistical and analytic software systems to manufacturing companies, is seeking a part-time Sales Administrative Coordinator.
The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager and provides administrative support for the sales team. Responsibilities include maintaining the customer database, answering phones, issuing sales proposals, processing orders, and otherwise supporting Hertzler’s Sales and Marketing efforts. Currently, this position requires between 25 and 30 hours a week.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the sales and marketing functions, be thorough, and have a track record of superb customer relationship skills. This person will demonstrate self-motivation, function well as a member of a collaborative team, and have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office and an enterprise customer information system.

- Maintain prospect / customer database
- Answer main and technical services phone lines
- Answer and process incoming leads (from phone, web, email)
- Issue quotes
- Process orders
- Other duties as requested
- Database entry: Two years
