Hertzler Systems has moved to 203 South Main Street in the heart of Goshen Indiana’s historic and vibrant downtown. The location on Eisenhower Drive served the company well for nearly 30 years. When traditional office life was upended by the Covid19 epidemic, Hertzler Systems created their Dynamic Work Environment policy. This enable each of our work teams to determine what their respective work arrangements would be with regard to location and availability. Employees have embraced this approach and it soon became evident that our company would be best served with more flexible office space. The downtown location provides flexible space for individuals and groups to collaborate while maintaining their ability to work from remote locations as well.
We are already enjoying being a part of the downtown community with coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance to our new space.
